Paul Ballinger
Managing Director

Paul Ballinger was appointed Managing Director of Nine Telecom in July 2014 and holds overall responsibility for the business, its day-to-day management and strategic direction.

A truly customer focused individual, Paul encourages and enables his team to deliver outstanding levels of service. This direction from Paul, alongside unrivalled industry knowledge and a genuine passion for telecom technologies, provides Paul’s team with the environment and tools necessary to deliver the highest quality of customer service.

A sales authority in the telecom industry, Paul has over twenty years of experience and has held positions at Club Communicatons, Alcatel, ACC Telecom and London Office Systems.

Paul is a keen sportsman with a passion for cycling, mountain biking and snowboarding.

James Carroll
Service Director

James was appointed Service Director of Nine Telecom in November 2012. Previously James was Director and part owner of Admiral Voice and Data Limited, which Nine acquired in 2012.

Phil Lawton
Enterprise Account Manager

Phil is a highly experienced Account Manager and a key cog within the team. Prior to joining Nine Telecom in 2012, Phil worked at XTEL Europe Ltd for over eight years as a Business Development Manager. Phil brings with him a wealth of product knowledge combined with a relentless passion and professionalism for delivering outstanding results for his customers.

Phil is great with people, brilliant with customers. He loves to learn every detail of our enterprise customers’ business. His aim is to better understand their deadlines and priorities and will make sure they are met, whilst ensuring he delivers the correct solution to meet their individual requirements.

Adam Armitt
Customer Account Manager

Adam joined Nine Telecom in 2012. He is a natural people person who has quickly gained a reputation built on delivering results for his customers. Adept at building strong relationships, Adam combines account management with a rare blend of product and technical expertise. He is an expert in MiVoice Office, Unifty OpenScape Business, call recording, SIP technology and more.

Adam enjoys mountain biking, cooking, skiing and travel.

Andrew Robinson
Customer Account Manager

Andrew joined Nine Telecom in 2011 from Excellent Telecom where he held the role of Managing Director. With over thirty years of experience in the telecom industry Andy has a wealth of product knowledge and understanding of our customers. His role of Customer Account Manager positions him at the very heart of the business. His job is to ensure that we understand and meet our customers’ requirements every day. 

Andy loves the outdoors and spends his spare time windsurfing, fell running and mountain biking.

Paul Hosker
Customer Account Manager

Co-ordinating all the elements needed to create an excellent experience for our customers is a big job, but Paul ensures every aspect is expertly handled and delivered on time. His wealth of experience in telecom includes roles at Kcom, Koris, Excell Group and Link Connect. His approach is to always provide honest and clear advice, which is just one of the reasons why his customers speak so highly of him.

Dave Lancaster
Customer Account Manager

An experienced Account Manager with a track record in the telecom market. Dave joined the team from XTEL Europe, where he held the role of Business Development Manager. His mission is to help his customers grow and prosper.

Dave enjoys playing cricket and watches many others sports, especially football and rugby. He is also loves music, with a huge collection covering many genres.
